A partnership approach designed to be budget-friendly for volunteer-run clubs.
Pricing Model: No session fee for the club, instead however a small expenses cost is requested.
How It Works:
I attend your team's photo day or a match at no cost.
Individual player portraits and team photos are taken.
Parents and family can purchase prints and digital downloads after selecting from a secure online gallery.
Fundraising Opportunity: Your club can earn a commission on every sale, turning photo day into a valuable fundraiser. Please discuss this at the time of booking.
Senior & Semi-Pro Club Packages

Match Day Essential
Pricing Model: A fixed fee per match (£95).
Includes:
Up to 2 hours of match day coverage.
A gallery of edited, high-resolution images delivered within 24 hours.

Pricing Model: A fixed fee per match (£175).
Includes:
Everything in the Match Day Essential package.
Priority 3-Hour Turnaround: For an additional fee (£75) key action shots delivered within 3 hours of the final whistle, perfect for meeting media deadlines.
Important Information
Image Licensing & Usage
Every package includes a Standard Usage License, which grants you the right to use the images for your own website, organic social media, and internal communications. If you require images for which you intend on making money from (e.g., selling the images to a third party, third party paid social media campaigns) or other specific uses, an Extended License can be quoted separately.
Post-Production
All delivered images include professional editing, such as colour correction and cropping. Advanced Retouching (e.g., object removal, compositing) is available at an additional hourly rate.
Travel & Additional Expenses
Travel within a set radius is included. For projects outside this area, expenses will be charged. Any additional project-specific costs, such as location hire, model fees, or specialist equipment rental, will be discussed and agreed upon in advance and billed at cost.

What does the setup fee cover?
The £50 setup fee covers the initial work of a photoshoot, including preparing the lighting, setting up the camera, and perfecting the composition for your specific product type. It's a one-time charge per product type or lighting setup, ensuring that even small jobs are profitable and cover our time and expertise.
How do you define a "product"?
A single product is generally one item that requires a consistent lighting and background setup. For example, if you have ten different colored t-shirts, each one would count as a separate product. The pricing outlined is for standard e-commerce shots, typically on a clean, white background.
What if I have complex items like jewelry or glass?
The tiered pricing model applies to simple products. Items that are highly reflective (like chrome), transparent (like glass), or intricate (like jewelry) require more time and specialised lighting. These types of projects will need a custom quote to ensure we can dedicate the time needed to capture them perfectly.
What’s included in the price per product?
The price per product includes the photoshoot itself, as well as basic retouching. This includes essential edits like color correction, dust removal, and background cleanup. If you need more advanced editing, such as compositing multiple images or complex manipulations, we can discuss those requirements and provide a separate quote for the additional work.
Why does the price per product go down for larger orders?
As your order size increases, our per-product workflow becomes more efficient. The initial setup is the most time-consuming part of any shoot. Once that's complete, we can photograph more items in less time. This efficiency allows us to pass on savings to you through our tiered pricing, making it more cost-effective to photograph your entire product line at once.
